The student workers refuse to actually work and treat you as a total inconvenience any time you have a question, I lived there for a year and they continually refused to give me a copy of my lease claiming there's no reason why I should need it, they refused to respond to noise complaints, they decided to repave the parking lot and had everyone leave the lot for what was suppose to be 2 days which turned into almost a week and compensated less than half of what it cost to park in public parking ...
during that time, I was also promised that because I was leaving only a month before the move out date that if I moved out before the last month of my lease started I wouldn't have to pay for that month (I relied on this when setting a move-in date for my new apartment) and then they made me pay for that last month. These are just a few of the issues I've had in the year I've been living there. It has been especially bad the last semester since the management changed.
