March 24, 2017My first apartment and I love it here! Thanks to the amazing office staff and maintenance crew for getting me settle inky first apartment. The application process was easy. They treat you with respect and do what they can to make you feel at home. My neighbors are amazing. You don't see anyone hanging around outside. The complex is very well kept. Gates close at night. I moved from another Apartment Complex where I never felt safe, My apartment was broke into while I was at work, the staff didn't show any consideration for my property. Living in Summer Tree, I feel very safe , the Staff is very considerate of m issue, when I put in a work order , it is done in a timely fashion, I don't have to keep calling the office for repairs to be done.
