I been living in this apartment complex for a couple years already. I used to live in a 4 bedroom apartment in the 9th floor and move to a 2 bedroom apartments in the 6 floor. When I say the place is infested with ROACHES WE ARE NOT LYING. We notice the office but refuse to help and told us that we can find somewhere else if we were not happy. Insane. We about to start school next week and we are stuck in a place full of Roaches. Mind you, they are everywhere. The ceiling, the walls, highways. ...

ROACHES

This apartment complex is infested with roaches. I came home to about 12+ roaches throughout my apartment and maintenance refused to help. I made a maintenance request 2 weeks ago & they said pest control comes every week but I have yet to seen them. Also $50 to park in a garage where your windows get busted and people breaking into your car.

Oh my lord. When I say the word incompetent I could not mean it more when it comes to the staff of the Marshall. If you are a UofL student do NOT live here unless you want to deal with constant animal poop in the stairwells, delayed maintenance response time, and literal shootings throughout the building. Not to mention my lights dripping water and never getting fixed. We had mold growing in our floors because of it and they couldn't care less. I am a junior at UofL and my advice to any other ...

students is please rent a house with your friends. Take it from someone who has been there before, it is so much better. This place is MISERABLE!

Dog poo in the hallways, there are aggressive dogs allowed. There have been a couple shooting incidents one of which resulted in murder. Security is poor.
