October 2, 2015Nice location but units get very hot in summer, no ac. 80-90 degree inside. Building does not get cleaned regularly, vacuum common areas maybe once a month. Termites, and a lot of people using public parking behind building to do bad things, urinate in bushes, drugs, etc. Don't judge book by its cover. Rents to now make tenants pay for all utilities plus pay prorated portion on top of you're pg&e for all common uses, common washers, water, hall lights, etc. this just changed as of new owner not ...wanting to pay for anything.
