There were definitely some challenges at first, but the new community manager, Jay, has done an incredible job turning things around. He was able to address issues quickly and has made a real difference in the community. The entire office team—Jay, Tina, and Cece—are all fantastic. I feel for anyone that is handicap and has to use the elevator and their only means of getting into their apartment. There are multiple doors that are broken leading to the garage.
