The office staff is nice, welcoming and
understanding but this complex has a lot of issues that needs to be addressed...
1. The buildings are old and poorly maintained.
From squeaking tubs, door knobs that struggle to lock, unknown leaks/floods, walls are paper thin, hallways are dirty with spiders taking over.
2. The smell of Marijuana in buildings/hallways is out of control. They do not abide by the no smoking policy, no walkthroughs are conducted.
3. It's hard to reach someone when there is ...
an issue/ violation. Calling and getting the answer machine is common and if you leave a message, you might get a response.
4. Trash isn't always picked up but you're charged for it every month. Many apartments are skipped or the office fails to notify us when pick up isn't available.
5. Neighbors aren't mindful and make noise all day/ night long. Tons of noise, you can hear from stomping to banging.
..I could go on and on but this review would be too long. The things I stated are the most important.
Do your research, visit the area and be sure to view the unit before you sign anything.
