Since New Management "Every Floor is diryt"
October 25, 2024Since new management has come , every floor is dirty, the outside sidewalks are dirty, The previous manager made sure, that every floor was mopped and cleaned daily, the inside of the elevators were clean, and the outside was power washed 3 days a week. The 9th floor is where the penthouses are and the floors are a mess, you see the cleaning lady on the floor, but the floors never get mopped and paper never get picked up. I have lived here for 3 years, and i have never seen this ...building as i have seen it in the last 2 months. Don't expect to see your deposit again
November 3, 2023I moved out of here due to horrible neighbors and I was told my deposit would be sent within 30 days. At this point we are past 60 and they will not respond to any emails or phone calls regarding my deposit. It is a horrible situation and I would strongly encourage anyone to think twice before dealing with this place.....Property Manager Responded

Find somewhere else to live
March 17, 2023This place always smells like weed. Security is a joke. The elevators are always broken. The amenities are always out of order. Pool area has no seat cushions and the pool is green/brown... Management is a joke. Find somewhere else to live to save yourself a headache.Property Manager Responded
