October 23, 2025Absolutely the worst living experience I have ever had. Management is a joke and the property is a dump. There is zero security. The garage is dark and not gated. My car was broken into in my assigned spot and my belongings were stolen. However the cameras were never working and the management team did nothing to help. Homeless people frequently wandered the hallways and even slept inside the building because the front door didn't lock. The hallways and gym were always dirty and never cleaned. ...The trash chute was broken for over a month during the summer, which led to a disgusting gnats infestation. The elevator was out for a month too- no urgency to fix it. The fire hydrant failed the inspection and was left that way for a year. The management team is negligent with paperwork and shamelessly charges unjust rent. This place is unsafe, mismanaged, and disgusting. They don’t care about you — only your money. September 8, 2025After a year and a half and 4 different property managers, the office has declined to remedy the situation concerning the continuously disturbing upstairs neighbors despite receiving roughly 20 videos demonstrating the ongoing noise. Furthermore, the air conditioner in the gym *still* does not work (after a year and a half!), nor does most of the equipment. Please, do yourself a favor before deciding on whether to make this your next home and read the recent reviews and AVOID THIS PLACE. ...Terrible, dishonest management and broken amenities is all you'll find here.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management
July 20, 2025My daughter moved in 5 weeks ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. She has yet to get a mail key, and the office staff has only made excuses that she will get a key. I have called every other day for 5 weeks wanting an update on the mail key and there are more excuses. Examples the maintenance person needs to make a key, the mailman needs to change the lock, the mailman and Maintenace person need to be present together to change the lock, we can't locate the key, etc. I've called so many ...times that I think the workers know my number and I am placed on hold or hung up on. I even called the on-call service and got hung up on when I asked for someone other than the property manager. My daughter also has placed multiple work orders, and they have yet to be completed. The tub was supposed to be resurfaced before she moved in, and this also has not been done. The AC is not cooling in the bedrooms.Property Manager Responded

Some of the most understanding and caring staff imaginable
March 13, 2021OKC as a whole took a major hit with the recent snow storm that caused many people to go without water, due to a city main that broke and frozen pipes throughout the city. In the 10 days without water, the staff did everything they could to keep us informed and help in anyway they could. Obviously there were limitations to what they could do, due to the persisting pandemic. Despite undo criticism, once everything was over. They unnecessarily bought lunch and dinner for days afterwards to ...apologize for an inconvenience they didn't cause. An inconvenience in which they exhausted every possible option to resolve. I'm sure everything won't always be perfect, but when you know the team running the place genuinely cares. What more can you ask for? October 8, 2020My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely recommend it. The people in the office are great and are always very helpful with anything you need. There are events that occur throughout the month that encourage the community getting together and having a good time over some free food. We have never had a bad neighbor which can either make or break apartments. The location is great: the convenient freeway access makes most places in OKC feel close and accessible; the neighborhood is also excellent. Poor Management
December 5, 2018They are not very helpful or understanding. Also for the last month fire alarms have been going off due to problems on their end and they have only responded with one apology. This is after waking up at 4 in the morning to a fire alarm that last long enough to make you jump out of your skin and wake you up.
