Luxurious Apartment
September 21, 2025My husband has now been living at The McCarthy for exactly one month, and our experience has been fantastic from the start. We had an express move-in and even toured the apartment via Zoom beforehand. Ty, the sales agent, was incredible—he made the quick move-in process smooth and hassle-free. Since moving in, the team has consistently followed through on their promises. Every maintenance request we've made has been handled promptly and professionally. For example, my husband’s refrigerator was ...scratched and dented, but Oscar from maintenance quickly got him a replacement. Every issue has been resolved except for one balcony light that’s out; the bulb had to be ordered by Oscar. My husband often praises how quickly service requests are closed and how well the property is maintained overall. Plus, there’s always something fun happening for residents to enjoy, even though his work schedule hasn't allowed him to participate. I can’t say enough good things about the Concierge team—Ali, Judith, and Jacira have been absolutely outstanding. While I was in the city helping my husband settle in, they made everything easier by helping with housekeeping entrance to our apartment, reserving elevators for moving and interior design work, and always being available to assist. The management team has been as impressive. Camille, the property manager, ensured we were satisfied with the new refrigerator, and assistant manager Jennifer has also been a great help, making sure we're happy and that everything is taken care of. You can really see the teamwork and cohesion that make living here so pleasant. We love the floor plan we have with the study option. The Concierge lets you know when packages have been delivered, as well as any other deliveries you receive. My husband has medication that needs to be refrigerated, and they kindly placed it in the refrigerator until it was picked up. The McCarthy is truly a luxurious place to call home. The complex and surrounding area is not only extremely safe, but also has everything one can need regarding food, retail shopping, and nightlife. With the building being attached to Hotel Zaza, there are plenty of additional amenities one can take advantage of.
