I lived here for more than 4 years, and was happy with everything the entire time. This apartment and the people who take care of it are absolutely amazing! Lived in spacious two bedroom at the meadows apartment. Clean, nice neighbors, great sized laundry room accessible 24 hours. Quiet area yet close to Costco and Fred Meyer which made shopping easy. Loved the location and liked the folks in the building. Overall a good experience living there .

We live in these apartments since 2022, this is a quiet, safe and beautiful place. Very good and attentive administrator. The area is clean and beautiful, with a lots of plants. Laundry room, walkways, and parking spots are clean. The neighbors are friendly and kind. In the evening and night it is quiet and peaceful. I have lived at The Meadows since summer of 2012. The owners/mangers/workers here have always been pleasant to work with---professional, friendly, kind. Upgrades/inspections on the property have been done as needed, with communication about everything being very clear and timely. They never enter the apartment without prior permission and notice. The property is well-maintained and clean. If/when repairs are requested, they respond quickly. They do a great job making sure tenants will be good ...
