January 13, 2026I lived here for more than 4 years, and was happy with everything the entire time. This apartment and the people who take care of it are absolutely amazing! Quick to respond, understanding with scheduling, friendly, and thorough in how they take care of the property and people that live here. It's close to groceries and the freeway, away from busier streets in town, has a fantastic atmosphere, and is right next to a neighborhood that is great for walking and biking. A nice and quiet place to live
January 5, 2026We live in these apartments since 2022, this is a quiet, safe and beautiful place. Very good and attentive administrator. The area is clean and beautiful, with a lots of plants. Laundry room, walkways, and parking spots are clean. The neighbors are friendly and kind. In the evening and night it is quiet and peaceful. Every problem in the apartment, like a broken dishwasher, fridge or else is being solved immediately. Apartments are very clean, bright and have enough space. At summer time it's ...great to be on the balcony, to enjoy a cup of coffee, and look at the birds and green trees. There are Fred Meyer, Costco, freeway and elementary school nearby. Love living here
December 20, 2025I have lived at The Meadows since summer of 2012. The owners/mangers/workers here have always been pleasant to work with---professional, friendly, kind. Upgrades/inspections on the property have been done as needed, with communication about everything being very clear and timely. They never enter the apartment without prior permission and notice. The property is well-maintained and clean. If/when repairs are requested, they respond quickly. They do a great job making sure tenants will be good ...neighbors; have never had a bad experience with any of them. Highly recommend moving to the meadows
