Quiet area yet close to Costco and Fred Meyer which made shopping easy. Loved the location and liked the folks in the building. Overall a good experience living there .

The area is clean and beautiful, with a lots of plants. Laundry room, walkways, and parking spots are clean. The neighbors are friendly and kind. In the evening and night it is quiet and peaceful. Every problem in the apartment, like a broken dishwasher, fridge or else is being solved immediately. Apartments are very clean, bright and have enough space. At summer time it's ...great to be on the balcony, to enjoy a cup of coffee, and look at the birds and green trees. There are Fred Meyer, Costco, freeway and elementary school nearby. Upgrades/inspections on the property have been done as needed, with communication about everything being very clear and timely. They never enter the apartment without prior permission and notice. The property is well-maintained and clean. If/when repairs are requested, they respond quickly. They do a great job making sure tenants will be good ...neighbors; have never had a bad experience with any of them. Tami (owner/manager) and Jake (maintenance) are really good people who always give a smile and a friendly hello. I love living here!Read More
