Terrible Communication
May 10, 2021Tried to view this unit, however the manager Donna never answers the phone and the management company is no help either. Finally someone told us the unit was being showed on Saturday at 2pm. When we arrived it was a line waiting to view the unit. They had seniors just standing outside waiting to see the unit. Donna also wanted everyone who wanted to see the unit to feel out some forms and sign it before being able to go in. My mother finally turned to me and said let's go because she can't ...keep standing in a line just to see an apartment. That was just ridiculous!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
