July 29, 2020These people appear to be the picture perfect apartment complex. It is not. They do not fix things in a timely manner, the paint of dirt each time they get a new tenant (so awful paint job making the kitchen very sticky). There is no parking if you have more than one car. If you are a woman it is not a safe neighborhood to have to park your car almost a half mile away. When we needed to leave they told us they were going to keep most of our deposit. We never had guests, no pets, and left the ...place in wonderful if not better condition than it was given to us. Would not prove how they spent our money. Continue to avoid our calls. Right near target
August 19, 2019These apartments are literally walking distance to target and the mall. Everything is so convenient. The freeway is such easy access. I am go to school at La Sierra University and it is very close. Parking is an issue since all three of us have cars but they do have garages available for rent. Ashley is very nice and helpful. Super convenient location
July 29, 2019The Meadows is in a very great location. I can walk to the target, panera, and the mall in five minuted you do not even need to drive. It looks like they are getting ready to paint the property which will make it look more beautiful then it already is. They maintain the grounds very clean and the grass is always well kept. They have maintenance living onsite so if you have any issues they take care of it right away. Ashley in the office is very nice and professional. June 19, 2019These apartments are in a very great location. They maintain the grounds very good. They have a landscaper onsite everyday. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
