Wonderful Tour and Impressions

BAD BAD PLACE TO LIVE
May 20, 2024After two years living here, I can recommend not living here. We had problems with garbage collection for over a year. Finally, when they solved that problem, we only enjoyed the pool for a month because the management had introduced the permits late. Therefore we pay a high rental price in order to have benefits that in most of these two years were not covered. We had to leave, because the management did not solve the reason why we had to leave before the end of the contract, and made ...“justified” use of the fine print of the contract. Therefore they even charged us for our DNA and the way we breathe. Conclusion: don't waste time and money here.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT
November 18, 2023I would choose 0 stars if it were an option!! This is the absolute worst place you could ever rent from!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. HORRIBLE bug problem, they are not finding a solution to a MAJOR wasp problem inside of our unit(with a baby that also lives here), HORRIBLE trash problem and the dumpster becomes a landfill weekly…. Front office staff is rude and no help- there’s ALWAYS excuses. This is the absolute worst place you could live. Stay far away!!!!Property Manager Responded

Best Kept Secret...SO glad I was able to move here!
May 18, 2022This property is Sublime! I love my spacious stainless steel kitchen, large garage, and the builder had a lady in mind when designing...the closets are all so large and elegant. They do it right here! Don't get me started on the gym. I quit my membership at Planet Fitness -The gym here has more than I use there. It's pool time soon and there are 2 great and very different pools. On the weekends, the whole property smells like smoky BBQ. I am thrilled. After a VERY long search, that was mostly ...disappointing, I found a home.
