I have lived here since FEB 2024 and I cannot be happier to be out. If you want a clean, quiet, enjoyable community to live in, Metro is not the place. Common areas are constantly littered with trash and pet droppings, and the lack of landscaping is depressing considering they are marketed as “luxury apartments”. The gates have worked MAYBE all of 2 months (not consistently) that I’ve been here. The pool is constantly closed.

different answer every time that you can actually get someone to talk to you. The apartments have paper thin walls and floors, and you are woken up by neighbors throwing parties and blaring music at 3am multiple times during the week.
The placement of the complex is ideal, which is why it’s getting a star. It’s close to the battery, 75, and 285, but there are definitely better options in the same area.
