Love this building

I have been living at The Metropolitan for 4 years now and absolutely love this place. The staff in the building are lovely people and are always super helpful. The building has great amenities - from game room to a fantastic swimming pool. It is very easy for families to keep their kids entertained in this building. There are lots of good restaurants and stores at walking distance from the building. Would totally recommend moving to The Metropolitan.

This building is far from being luxury. I can not wait until my lease is over. Starting from the concierge, They are rude never acknowledge you even exist especially James which brings his daughter that runs all over the place. Management never answer the phones. Their medicore pool has no NY skyline as they claim. Tenants bring alcohol, glass bottles, Hookahs?!! And no one controls it because they are good friends with concierge. There is no more outdoor seating for tenants. Gyms is outdated, ...

I moved in Dec 2015 and I love it here. The renovations are going great and the staff are incredible. I love living here and I love my neighbours. I have never had any problems with noise or anything else. The games room is great and the library has a wide selection. The TV room is ok. My view from my window of NY City is incredible. Also Peter at the front desk is a legend! I love living here!

Just moved in to the Metropolitan few months ago. This place is great and the staff has been very welcoming. I have a great view of NYC and don't have to pay outrageous price like other complexes are charging to live in Edgewater. New renovations will make this complex even better in the future.

What a complete joke this place is. A frat house would be quieter than this nightmare. The incessant construction is unbearable, and none of the residents have any idea as to when it will stop, and of course management also remains clueless. There are neighbors and staff constantly gathered in the hallways screaming at the top of their lungs, dogs constantly barking and running around the building sans owners. They are trying to remodel this place and re-market it as luxury living, but at these ...
prices, it would be more worth the money to live in New York and would probably be more peaceful.
