LOVE this community!!!
August 3, 2024I have lived here for several years. After we got new management a couple years ago, it’s been such a great change! I feel safe walking my dog, I know my neighbors and we all look out for one another! the amenities for the price is great compared to other places that are local- the staff this year is AMAZING!!!!! 10 stars hands downProperty Manager Responded

Problems from start to finish.
July 8, 2022From major problems with staff and unlawful entry for general maintenance. The complex had 3 different property managers in the span of 12 months, the crime rate in the area is higher than it seems, plenty of undesirables in the area including residence at the complex. The parking situation is abysmal. The smart lock system that they have implemented does not work I personally was locked out of my apartment several times in the middle of the night due to the lock engaging and then not functioning ...to open. There were two instances where strangers knocked on the door at ungodly hours. There is no peep hole on the door as they mount the doorbell speaker directly over it. The ceiling cracked and began to fall into the floor in the kitchen area, the toilet would run constantly both our washer and drier stopped working at a point during our lease. The vinyl flooring in the units is far to fragile it tears if you step too hard with shoes on, the carpet in the bedroom had not been cleaned as it smelled of dog urine, despite them charging a 100 dollar cleaning fee upon leaving the complex. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every breath your neighbor takes. We were charged for a community service package which apparently included taking trash from your doorstep this was never done not once and there would be massive piles of trash in front of units due to the negligence of the staff. I could go on for much more. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It will be a huge mistake, and god forbid you try to buy out as they will unlawfully charge you for things not disclosed in the lease and try to make a quick buck off of you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Over Priced!!!!
June 5, 2020These apartments are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for how small they are. Literally NOTHING comes with living here. You pay water, sewer, trash, gas and it’s split with everyone within your building. You pay your own renters insurance when they last company had it included in the rent. The walls are thin and you hear everything. My apartment had a leak from the ceiling when i turned on my air in the summer that never got fixed. Not enough storage space. No pool. No gym. No play ground. No nothing. They’re ...money hungry! I wouldn’t move her. Only nice thing was the cabinets,counter tops, and wash machine/dryer. Wouldn't recommend!!!
September 11, 2019First off they're charging too much for these small apartments and to not have any amenities. They really need to upgrade the community. At least put a pool, fitness center, or playhouse for the kids if you're going to charge that much. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Roaches & ants!!! Love my apartment!
June 7, 2017Since I moved in, every issue I have had has been handled immediately. The grounds are kept up so nice and I see the staff out every morning, making sure things look great. There was a really annoying dog barking in the apartment next to me, but since I complained, it was addressed the very same day. I am no longer getting sleepless nights and that is a huge relief! I go to school at Sullivan and being so close makes my life so much easier. The leasing process was so quick too. I've enjoyed every ...moment being here so far. February 26, 2016I moved into metropolitan back in august, 2015...I love my one bedroom apartment, all the new changes and now we are having a new picnic area built, and a workout room to come..The apartment has a washer and dryer in them, and everything is brand new..I love having all new appliances, and tubs that no one has been in but me..The office staff is amazing, they are all friendly, and will do whatever means possible to help you..Come check out metropolitan they are awesome, also pet friendly.... ...Annette...Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2015The community is under construction. Once that is complete, I think the community will look decent. The inside is nice and cozy. I wish the apartments were insulated better considering they were "remodled". The parking is not good at all and there is very uneven payment and pot holes in the parking area. The staff could be better in the office. Other than that, it is a pretty comfortable place to be. I gave 3 stars because the community is not completely finished and because of the parking.Property Manager Responded
