August 8, 2022The Metropolitan is a great place to live. My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 years. Rent is reasonable for the area. The staff is great. The amenities are competitive. January 17, 2022The Metropolitan is by far the best experience that I have had while living in an apartment. The Location is right off of the Glenwood restaurant strip in the Glenwood South neighborhood. Not too close so its not too loud on the weekends. The Property management team is assertive and professional. The best property management team I have ever experienced working with. The Metropolitan has a very petty friendly atmosphere! The fob key access makes it very easy to have our dog walkers ...access the apartment when needed. The fob key access makes the apartments very secure. With cameras at each elevator, you also need key access to enter each door and floor. We feel very safe here. The maintenance team is on top of things! They responded to a non-emergency issue in less than 2 hours! With hand sanitizer at every entry and exit this place takes COVID-19 seriously. Im always seeing the cleaning team vacuuming, mopping or spraying. The hallways always smell clean! Free Coffee! The coffee machine is always clean, full and working! June 15, 2021Management is very relaxed and clearly wants to help out when they can. They seem to understand that this is your home, and try not to impose on your home and living. Compared to other apartment complexes that I have lived in, this is by far the most respectful management, in terms of not imposing unnecessary rules and regulations that inconvenient your home and community life that you might encounter at other places.
