October 20, 2020I lived her for a few years. The laundry facilities were consistently in disrepair. The grounds (staircases, walkways) are poorly maintained and the whole building is covered in cobwebs and spiders. During the height of the pandemic the property manager sent an e-mail to everyone in which she complained about having to cancel her honeymoon trip and then suggested to the tenants they sell their blood to make rent. I wish I was kidding. Furthermore, they will rent to WHOMEVER out of desperation ...to fill units. We had to leave or unit after they rented out the neighboring unit to unstable individuals. In the span of several weeks I was verbally harassed and threatened by these neighbors. You cannot count on this property manager to keep you or your children safe.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
