April 8, 2025I currently live here and it is the worst place I have ever lived! Management is horrible. It’s extremely dirty. The parking situation is horrific. That is why I’m on apartment.com now, looking for a new place. Nobody stays here longer than their lease because this is the worst place to live downtown.Review from Apartments.com

Bad Management
October 15, 2021New mgmt took over and has done nothing but make things worse for its tenants. From constant false fire alarms because leaks in the parking garage to no parking spaces because they decided to resurface the lot without planning where we could park during. Overall, 0/5 stars if you ask me.Review from Apartments.com
worst management ever
October 11, 2021Horrible laundry situation, fire alarm goes off regularly in the middle of the night for no reason for hours on end with no end in sight, less than 24 hour warning when we had to vacate for pest control, same thing anytime we have to move our car. Parking is currently the worst, we have to park a quarter mile away most days and walk through a less than safe neighborhood. Seriously not worth the view, trust me.Review from Apartments.com
Uncaring Staff and lots of issues
October 5, 2021The property managers do not care about the experience of the tenants and keep changing guidelines every day. They are extremely unhelpful and refuse to accept responsibility and accountability. Tenants here experience a wide range of failures and there is no solution in sight.Review from Apartments.com
