Excellent staff and location. Looked at everything on the Waterfront but could not beat the amenities at The Miller, even if the other buildings are offering more free rent. You get what you pay for, I guess. Moving in on 11/15 and the process has been smooth from app to signing docs.

The Miller is a beautiful apartment building close to everything you need. kylie did such a great job during the apartment tour and Shanel was so helpful during the application and moving process. First impressions begin with the leasing office and both Shanel and Kylie went above and beyond. They made the whole process from viewing layouts to the application process and reserving the elevator for move-in day a breeze. This space is phenomenal! We love living at the Miller. Who could go wrong with a spa right at your finger tips? The amount of communal spaces is what drew us to The Miller. By far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff is helpful, incredibly kind, and make you feel right at home. Kylie and Shanel are always friendly and quick to answer questions. Nick is genuinely helpful with maintenance requests and goes above and beyond with making sure our unit’s perfect. The amenities make this place stand out from other apartments in the area. Sauna, hot tub, cold soak, steam room, etc…
