Excellent staff and location. Looked at everything on the Waterfront but could not beat the amenities at The Miller, even if the other buildings are offering more free rent. You get what you pay for, I guess. Moving in on 11/15 and the process has been smooth from app to signing docs.

Great Place!!!

Love this complex. Residents are super friendly and so are the leasing managers and maintenance staff. Kylie helped with a quick and efficient move in process. Lots of things to do near by, tons of events at the property and great and clean amenities!

Great place to live!

The Miller is a beautiful apartment building close to everything you need. kylie did such a great job during the apartment tour and Shanel was so helpful during the application and moving process. The building is quite, clean, and everyone seems so friendly! The apartment is comfortable and has everything we need. My family and I are really happy and grateful to be here.

Where you want to live!!!

First impressions begin with the leasing office and both Shanel and Kylie went above and beyond. They made the whole process from viewing layouts to the application process and reserving the elevator for move-in day a breeze. With The Miller being the latest building on the developing waterfront, there were some little maintenance ah-ha's that I needed assistance after move-in and Nick was there same day to assist. The Miller wouldn't gleam as much if it weren't for the housekeeping staff ...
working hard every day. Daniella and Ruth keep the facilities and common areas immaculate. The amenities room, spa, fitness center, 3rd floor courtyard with its sitting areas with gas fire features and the pool, hot tub, plunge pool, and outdoor shower... let's not forget the roof deck with grilling! It's the place to be and close to Vancouver's finest!

This space is phenomenal! We love living at the Miller. Who could go wrong with a spa right at your finger tips? The amount of communal spaces is what drew us to The Miller. Hot tub, pool, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, high end furnished meeting spaces, rooftop grilling area with a view of the river and Mt. the best place I’ve ever lived!

By far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff is helpful, incredibly kind, and make you feel right at home. Kylie and Shanel are always friendly and quick to answer questions. Nick is genuinely helpful with maintenance requests and goes above and beyond with making sure our unit’s perfect. The amenities make this place stand out from other apartments in the area. Sauna, hot tub, cold soak, steam room, etc…
