May 22, 2025Has a roach problem that makes it uncomfortable to even live there. First day moving I. Seen like 50 roaches. It’s unacceptable. Can’t even feel happy about moving into a new community with this problem.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2024My experience has gone from good to worse and getting back to good. I appreciate how responsive the maintenance staff is. I also appreciate the same thing from the office staff. The building is getting cleaner. The clients with pets are not doing a good job of cleaning up after their pets.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024I've been living in this community for a while now, and while there are some lovely aspects, there are definitely areas that need improvement. First off, the sense of community is great. However, the office staff can be quite dry and unapproachable. If you’re looking for good service, I highly recommend speaking with Ashley. She stands out with her friendly demeanor and genuine connection, making interactions much more pleasant. On another note, parking can be frustrating. The visitor parking ...lot is often mostly empty, yet the app consistently indicates that it’s full. This can be a real hassle if you have family or friends visiting, as they may struggle to find a place to park. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the building leaves something to be desired. The elevators often have an unpleasant odor, and the hallways are not much better. I've noticed garbage drippings from the valet trash service trailing through the halls and onto the floor mats, which is not ideal. Lastly, the issue of dog waste is prevalent. It seems that some neighbors aren't taking responsibility, leading to a less than pleasant walking experience. Overall, living here is average at best. While there are some positives, the lack of care for the community and its upkeep is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues soon for the benefit of all residents.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2024I can’t just imagine living elsewhere in Houston.The apartments are high standards and there is enough space for everyone. Just some maintenance in the gym is needed especially with the treadmill.The lady at the reception is so welcoming.
