April 22, 2025Wonderful building with a very helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint would be my upstairs neighbors being a little nosey at times. Pool is a bit small, but the gym is great.Property Manager Responded

February 6, 2025I love The Mint 425! The staff and neighbors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home immediately. The sense of community here is truly special. The amenities are top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy life here. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. The management team is responsive and always willing to help with any concerns. I toured almost every apartment in Uptown Charlotte and all but two had horrible staff who were not the least bit friendly or welcoming.
