May 18, 2026The Mint 425 is clean, safe, quiet, and in a great location. A 5 minute commute to work that avoids the traffic coming into the city each day. Just 2 blocks from great dining, the Bank of America stadium, Truist Field, and the Spectrum Center. Management team is always friendly and responsive.Review from Apartments.com

Close enough to the heart of the city to enjoy the entertainment, yet hidden away enough to avoid getting caught in the chaos. The staff here is incredible! They're always friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team is fantastic; they're always quick, efficient and clean. Anytime I have an issue they're quick to respond. Communication from the property management is top-notch. They keep us informed about everything we need ...to know with timely and clear updates. It's so nice to be in the loop! The community itself is super chill and laid-back. February 9, 2026My first year here, was very good. I enjoyed going to tenant and staff gatherings. I signed my new lease for 10 months (partner and I), now it’s a regret! I still enjoy the amenities as well as some of the people that I’ve met but there’s some things recently that I haven’t been too happy with. My partner and I refuse to reside where we’re not being treated as an equal, after the first year. We are working individuals, respectful and we bother no one.
