The whole entire Mint team is wonderful. I truly cannot say enough good things about them and living here. I had a rough start to my move but they made sure I settled in and I’ve been here almost two years now. The outside elements are the only reason I would ever leave the community. This is truly one of the best places I’ve lived.

The Mint great and the new paint on the building is awesome. My only concern over the past couple of years is the increasingly loud noise from motorcycles and car mufflers every single night . The city does not usually hold the late night loud noise ordinance which is very unfortunate for the people who live here.

Living in my apartment has been a great experience. From the first day I moved in, I felt comfortable and welcomed.
