You definitely get what you pay for! The apartments have high-end finishes and are very private. We rarely hear our neighbors. This has been wonderful since I am often in meetings during the day. However, you are only as isolated as you want to be due to the monthly get-togethers the management throws and the overall welcome environment the staff and other ...tenants create. October 11, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comManagement staff at the mist on lake Minnetonka does nothing to help residents but will try to nickel and dime you on every corner. Very unprofessional. Barbie would never respond to issues and just ignore them. I didn’t have any way of heating or cooling in my apartment for nearly 6 months and that would not help at all not to mention the pipes burst multiple times and destroyed everything in my closet and took cold showers almost weekly. i’m talking to a lawyer about my options.
