February 17, 2025I love the location of The Moderne, however there always seems to be some sort of pressing issue that causes disruption to day to day life (fire alarms, broken elevator, broken garbage chute). I also think that with the amount paid for rent, there could be more amenities (vending machine?)Property Manager Responded

January 28, 2025The staff have always been kind, there was an issue with fire alarms going off that seems to have been solved. Right now, the garbage chutes have been broken for awhile. That has been kinda frustrating. Overall, a good experience but not perfect.Property Manager Responded

January 7, 2025Living at the Moderne has been a great experience! The staff is friendly and always helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I rarely hear noise from other apartments, which is a big plus. I’ve been here for almost two years now, so it’s clear I really enjoy living here, and honestly, have no complaints. January 7, 2025Just moved in on the 2nd but absolutely love it so far. The people we've met already have been very friendly. Love the staff, especially Mitch and the folks at the concierge desk. They we're incredibly helpful with our move in. The location could not be better. We go to a lot of Bucks games and take shuttles to the Brewers when they are playing. The apartment itself is perfect. Really great view from our unit and the building as a whole is nice and quiet. I can see us staying here for a long ...time.Property Manager Responded
