Amazing home
April 8, 2025The Moderne is beautiful and has been a wonderful place to live! I've been here about 1.5 years and not a single bad experience. Office staff is great and the maintenance team is above par. They've responded to every question I've ever had very quickly even when it's not urgent. The apartments are also very quiet. So many apartments you hear every step and flush from the neighbors, but not here. 10/10 recommend!Property Manager Responded

Beware of fake reviews
July 1, 2022If you notice, batches of reviews for The Moderne are written on the same date. Clearly, they have been writing their own reviews. While there are a few good things about this complex such as its proximity to Providence Village, this is far from a "luxury apartment" complex. Yes, living in Providence has some advantages but trying to get through the construction traffic every day is a pain. The super high rent rates don’t support the low-end finishes in the apartments. The management is not ...responsive to questions or problems. There are other apartment complexes in the area that are a much better deal.Property Manager Responded

February 25, 2021I can’t say enough good things about this place! Besides the property being very well maintained, the proximity to providence restaurants and shops is a great perk. Wonderful experience!
February 22, 2021I’ve been living at this property for the past couple of years and couldn’t ask for a better experience. The complex is quiet and close enough (walking distance) to quite a few bars and restaurants. From the maintenance crew to the front office everyone that works here is wonderful to work with. All work orders are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area and gym are spotless. I’m not sure how much better apartment living can get.
