Certain breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Bullmastiffs, and Wolf Hybrids, are not allowed. Only one dog is permitted per apartment unless special written approval is given. Residents are responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their pet, and activities such as breeding, fostering, or pet-sitting additional dogs are not permitted.

Unprofessional
July 3, 2025Maintenance crew for sure are the most unprofessional people you’ll meet. The staff that work at the office have no clue what to do other than give you the managers or owners email, which 9/10 times doesn’t go anyway. Highly regret releasing, and please seek other places for a better experience in living. It’s been a nightmare trying to get anything fix. Random fees and if you want anything done as far as pets good luck, because it’s more fees.Property Manager Responded

Not great…
October 15, 2024Moved in and found moldy turkey under my sink… kid you not. Both our bathroom doors are coming off of the panels, our kitchen counter wobbles so much we can’t eat on it, they spray painted our doors shut so you have to body slam them to shut, tons of other stuff I won’t even get in to. But don’t let the fake reviews bait you. They try and get people who go on tours to review the tour to bring their average up. Good option for students
March 20, 2024The Monroe is a good option for students. It is affordable, you have access to bus routes including one that goes to campus, and it is not a far drive from campus. It is also very close to restaurants and target and Kroger. They just recently installed new appliances in the kitchen and have just built a new gym, as well as are remodeling the club house.
