Kimberly is kind, but she only shows units and can’t help residents. You're told to email Karmine, who may as well be an AI, because that’s how disconnected and tone-deaf the replies are. I even called CLG Admin (131-023-48880) and Crystal could only “pass the message along.” I currently don't have bedbugs or roaches, but only because I paid out of pocket for professional-grade injections. However I still see them in the hallways. In past years, roaches come and gone like seasons. Overall, this place does the bare minimum and often less than that.
