March 10, 2026I love it here! The residents are respectful, it’s clean no littering, quiet which is important to us that work from home, maintenance is quick when there is an issue, the office ladies are the best very delightful and helpful, and the grounds are kept up. The only downside is the lake is a little bit of eyesore with the piping and wires everywhere, and the fountain no longer is on which was a nice calming part to the lake when you sit outside. Also think a sign should be in pet spa to please ...clean up fur and mess after using. All sudden had to stop using because people leave fur with fleas, never wipe down their mess in the tub or platform where they get blow dried. December 18, 2025Overall it's not bad. Follow through on fixing stuff isn't always there and not a fan that the basketball court hops are still broken. Many adults and kids like using them makes it hard when they are broken. Mostly good overall though.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2025So far it’s been good. It’s quiet and kept very clean, except for the dog poop that’s the only negative, we always clean up after our dogs but unfortunately not everyone does. For the most part people here are kind and usually keep to themselves. Joanne and everyone in the office is amazing!
