Staff is friendly but very good at downplaying and pushing back/delaying any issues with the property and quickly turn rude/hostile if confronted about it in any way.Property Manager Responded

The residents are respectful, it’s clean no littering, quiet which is important to us that work from home, maintenance is quick when there is an issue, the office ladies are the best very delightful and helpful, and the grounds are kept up. The only downside is the lake is a little bit of eyesore with the piping and wires everywhere, and the fountain no longer is on which was a nice calming part to the lake when you sit outside. Also think a sign should be in pet spa to please ...clean up fur and mess after using. All sudden had to stop using because people leave fur with fleas, never wipe down their mess in the tub or platform where they get blow dried. Flea eggs were everywhere.Read More
