December 18, 2025Overall it's not bad. Follow through on fixing stuff isn't always there and not a fan that the basketball court hops are still broken. Many adults and kids like using them makes it hard when they are broken. Mostly good overall though.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2025So far it’s been good. It’s quiet and kept very clean, except for the dog poop that’s the only negative, we always clean up after our dogs but unfortunately not everyone does. For the most part people here are kind and usually keep to themselves. Joanne and everyone in the office is amazing! December 10, 2025I am very comfterble in my apartment, it's a 1-1 but it has enough space for everything, I downsized and am glad .It's much better. It is peaceful, and I love that there are so many pets because I have a dog and she is so comfortable. The parking is good and the office people are friendly.
