dont move here
April 6, 2023if i could give negative stars i would. from the moment we moved in we had nothing, but problems and the office is less than helpful when it comes to anything. our unit was covered in mold and there were all kinds of water damage, bugs were painted over, the car wash area never worked, and the dog park is completely rundown.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t Live Here
March 21, 2023I’ve lived here for two years. New people took over management and the only things that are kept up is the lawn. The maintenance team is dumb, literally have zero knowledge on maintenance or will just put duck tape or something else to fix problems unless the issue is completely un fixable. Not enough washing machines and dryers for the laundry room. The machines are small and cost 1.75 per load so when they break down or aren’t drying like they’re supposed to that’s more money you’re throwing ...away just to complete a basic necessity. New management promised us a lot of good change to upgrade the place since it was built in the 70s, and have yet to hear or see any good changes for the complex. If you just need something cheap but crappy to get you to something better as a temporary living situation then this would be for you. Otherwise don’t move here.
