Very family oriented. My experience has been a great one for the most part.i have been living here off of a recommendation. my cousin lived here for years before, and I visited through the years he was living here and decided to move in the building over. The management is family operated, like husband, wife, and kids excetra helping from time to time. Giving that they care about it and the people who live here. compelled to write a review since I felt it wasn't a fair shake on the reviews. Once again, my cousin told me he was moving back here and saw the review on the building about the flooding. When the rainy season happened, it flooded everywhere. Not like everywhere the management family put out water pumps and drained almost all the water out in the rain as it was happening. After I called about it within the hour, it was almost non-existent. I even haven't seen any roaches in my unit or rodents, so I'm not sure when or how long ago those people have lived here, but have lived in far worse buildings and I always see people move and end up moving back like my cousin. I also know that when ever i have a problem the manager answers my text messages right away. They even just changed to online payments. There is people who lived her for more than 10 years plus and say it has came a long way. I dont plan to be here for ten years like my neighbors but i can see it go by for a while.
