This building should be great. Instead, the gym lies in disrepair, and the package room was replaced with a disgustingly messy office, which is never in use, and our packages are shoved in a supply closet and constantly misplaced due to the chaos. Our rooftop is unmaintained, the grills are rusted through, and the rest of it is left in shambles. If all this were not enough, we used to have a wonderful doorman and now have a virtual company with a tenant list so out of date they won't buzz me in ...
because I'm not listed as a resident (I've lived here for four years). In unit, repairs are handled in the cheapest way possible, not due to the staff, but because management refuses to provide them with the funding and resources necessary to actually accomplish their jobs. What should be a beautiful place to live is instead a mismanaged stress factory for the tenants. Shame on the management company for how they handle their property.
