None of the Dog owners carry the litter bag

Majority of the dog owners in this community never carry any litter bags.
Dog poop is all over the place within the community and outside community as well. You can't even walk around the community due to this nasty thing. you can find this inside the community too. these dog owners are so reluctant they dont respect fellow neighbors, they open their door for the dogs, dogs will run everywhere and poop all over. Management needs to monitor community cleanliness as the highest priority. ...
Children's play area has also never been taking care, it has to be maintained for a health and safety for kids.
Community gates are not being working since more than year.
$80 spectrum service (internet + cable), you cant even change the service even though if you have a poor service from spectrum. and you have to pay this irrespective of anything even if you are not interested to use of any of this internet + Cable service.
Very poor management.
The rent you pay here it is not deserved at all.

I like you, saw beautiful photos that were posted of an upgraded apartment! Wrong!!! Moved in, beer cans still inside the home, blinds were filthy and old, cabinets are old and falling through. Oh it doesn’t stop there.. there is a bad roach problem! Neighbors are dirty so the roaches just stick around and multiply! The office staff is the worse to communicate with! Please don’t make the same mistake I made! The entry ways are nasty! This place is horrible! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE

This is a beautiful apartment! I was looking And found my place here. Surprised I read reviews and i would say people are jumping the hun saying bad stuff cause they aren’t getting their way or aren’t patient. 2020/2021 should have taught some patience. Everyone is short staffed and I know some things aren’t available due to there being product not available cause it’s all on a ship in the ocean waiting to be delivered. I think people need to be grateful for what they DO have and not focus ...

I have been staying here for almost 8 years and when it comes to customer service leasing office staff are very rude and they didn't care you as a tenant itself. They are closing the ticket without fixing it and when you ask they are saying we are closing it maintained the SLA. Maintenance is very poor. They don't know the definition of emergency. Whatever might be th case emergency maintenance number will never be reachable. They charge for reserved parking spot which is not even shaded. Thy ...
