DO NOT MOVE HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
August 4, 2023The absolute WORST neighborhood I have EVER lived with my kids! It was a bit better when it was BRAEMAR, once THE MURRAY took over everything went downhill! Do NOT MOVE HERE! I swear to you, this is no place to live & to be truthful, it’s best they just tear these apartments down! The apartments are NASTY! They’ll want you to take your own trash to the dumpster or keep it inside until after 5pm! Your trash can that THEY provided isn’t even allowed to stay outside. They rather you bring a nasty ...trash bin in and out of your home. They never fix anything and IF they do it’s NEVER done correctly! You’ll think maintenance has come because they’ll reply on your ledger but reality no one even comes. To the point the maintenance manager had to come do the work himself! There was mold all through out my apartment and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT! Houses and cars get broken into and stolen. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY REGRET RENEWING MY LEASE HERE !!!Property Manager Responded

Nanny's Place
January 28, 2017I moved from NY to Residence at Braemar in July 2015. It is so nice and quiet here, I feel like I live in a Senior community. The staff here are so friendly and pleasant to deal with. All your needs are tended to in a swift and timely manner. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. Daily the staff makes sure all areas are clean and free of litter. I have three bedrooms and love the space and layout. The patio and storage space are to of my favorite features. The pool and club house are ...nice get aways. They have community get togethers with different themes, the latest was Cup Cakes and Canvas, which was well attended and enjoyed by all as they painted and ate cup cakes and socialized with one another. Trying again...
October 23, 2015Wow, they rejected my first review. I will stick to the facts. I called and scheduled an appointment to view an apartment for later that same day. I left work early to get to my appointment, and when I was on my way, they called to say they were closing early. I said I will be there in just 15 minutes, and that I would appreciate it if they kept their appointment with me, considering that I left work early for it. They would not stay, even though their office hours were supposed to be until 5:30 ...and it was only 4:45. I made it clear that if they don't keep their commitment to me, I will not give them another chance. They were not concerned about that. Very homie
August 15, 2015I just moved in this apartment in march 2015, and i love it. compared to my previous apartment this apartment complex gets 5 stars. everyone is friendly and the neighborhood is neat , clean and well put together.the surrounding outside the neighborhood is very convenient, e.g: it is right across from north lake mall, which is a plus for me. since living here i have not had any problems I would definitely recommend these apartment homes to other that are looking. August 4, 2015The apartment is OK, it has outdated appliances and has no Microwave, the carpet is old. Overall apartment condition is good. The neighborhood is very quiet and has fast accessibility to both interstates 485 and 77. Walking distance Target, close to Northlake mall and 15 min from uptown Charlotte.Review from Apartments.com
