Beautiful two bedroom two bathroom apartment!
Very bright and sunny, and super well located.
This is a very safe and nice area, and one of the few places in LA where you can walk! It is located three blocks from the BEVERLY CENTER where you can find movie theaters, shops, restaurants and other entertainment and three minutes walking distance from ROBERTSON BLVD. where all the trendy stores, restaurants and coffee shops are.
Five minutes to RODEO DRIVE. A block and a half from CEDARS SINAI and ...
you can get to THE GROVE in seven minutes, or to SANTA MONICA BEACH in twenty, and now just three blocks to the new TRADER JOE'S market!. GREAT AREA!
The Master bedroom en suite, wall to wall windows and mirrored closets, is fit for a Queen. The bathroom has shower and bathtub, and a big skylight that makes it bright, light and saves energy.
The guest bedroom is beautiful, spacious, has a big-mirrored closet and a DOOR TO THE BALCONY.<p>
The guest bathroom is really big with a skylight, separate shower stall and a Jacuzzi style bathtub.<p>
The dinning room has room for 6 people, comfortably, and also a door to the balcony.<p>
Full kitchen, with dark wooden drawers and cabinets, electric stove and oven.<p>
The living-room is quite comfortable and spacious and it opens up onto the balcony<p>
The balcony/terrace is large, and you can make it very cozy, with chairs, a small table, lights and plants!<p>
Everything is very well kept and clean.
There is a swimming-pool and washer/dryer in the building.<p>
