January 1, 2024Expensive. Complex is full of trashy tenants, loud cars, no parking. They charge you $25 a month to have someone pick up your trash but they only come half the time. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the complex clean. They are constantly picking up trash and fixing the unsightly. In my unit Whenever something breaks they are always on it same day. Pool is nice with BBQ grills. Clubhouse and gym are always cleanReview from Apartments.com
