May 31, 2024Lets lay it all out CWS... SAFETY: It's non existent. Been here for a year +. 5+ car break ins. Multiple Squatters. They didn't hire a security service until one of the squatters literally started a trash fire IN THE APPARTMENT AND HE STILL CAME BACK AND DID IT AGAIN. RENEWAL: Must provide a 60 days or more notice before leaving. I received pricing for a renewal at 57 days. Math is not adding up surprise surprise. DOGS: My dog has been scratched, bitten, growled at by multiple other dogs. It ...came to the point of me having to bring him to the vet to fix his eye. Never reported it since reporting issues and incidences never go anywhere here. MAINTANCE: Super nice guys however very slow response time Please. If you are looking for safety in any form do not move here.Property Manager Responded

Frequent vehicle break-in’s, little support from management staff
September 10, 2023Moved here in June/July and there has been multiple break-in’s; one event had 30+ cars hit. Management is non-responsive to the concern from many tenants. They will also promise you things but nothing gets done. Many are already looking at breaking their lease because we have 2 entrances where people can enter, one doesn’t even have a fence at all! Avoid at all cost; much better options out there.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here
September 10, 2023We have lived here for just over two months. Over 100 car break ins just in that time period. Both of our cars have been broken into and my truck has been stolen straight out of the parking garageProperty Manager Responded

frequent car break ins
September 8, 2023There have been repeated issues with car breakins and the fence around the new building has not been completed despite months of mass breakins. My car along with 30+ others had shattered windows on September 6. This has been happening since at least July 4 and there is still no fence.Property Manager Responded

April 17, 20185 stars across the board! The units are beautifully designed, luxury amenities in all units and common areas, Awesome staff and community. We love living here and are so happy with our new. Great location, easy access to all you need in regards to restaurants, shopping , biking , trail systems. Fantastic new property
April 17, 2018Beautiful designed spaces, luxury amenities, amazing staff, and awesome community of neighbors. You are going to love living here. My husband, myself, and 2dogs have been living here for 3 months now and absolutely love our new home . The Nash offers awesome amenities, a variety of spacious and well thought out floor plans , excellent design details throughout all of the buildings, and we have a fantastic large fenced in yard with patio due to choosing a first floor unit. The floors above have ...large and stylish designed balconies with plenty of outdoor space. The entire staff are absolutely superb,professional, dependable and take care of any issues promptly and efficiently. They are kind and genuinely seem to care about their residents and their business as a whole. The gym, pool, common areas feel and look like a 5 star hotel.
