Formerly known as The Nest, The Collective at Lawrence provides premier off-campus student living in the heart of Lawrence, KS. October 31, 2025Long term plumbing issue The maintenance crew is very polite and respectful however, a true solution to the problem is never found. My toilet continues to back up and all that is done is a plunge. Water pressure is low sinks are slow to drain, etc. Our drains need to be snaked all the way through and down to the outside cap. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of positive energy. The staff and patrons made me feel right at home.
