Be cautious
November 27, 2020Have you heard the phrase smoke and mirrors. This place is the definition of that. The apartments look nice online and when you drive by. However what they don't tell you is, the parking is horrific! You are given only 1 parking spot and all garages are sold separately. You can be put on a waiting list and if your lucky to get one you have 2 options pay an additional $95 a month for a 2 car garage or pay half and you can share a garage with another tenant who has been waiting on the list. You ...don't get to choose who your co-garage tenant. Its a shame how these apartments complexes exploit the renters of riverside. They rent you a 2 room apartment but give you 1 car space then after 6months they increase your rent as well. You also get for free roaches, street cats. If you need any repairs after you move in expect for them to do half the job and wait for you to remind them to finish the job. Its a shame I didn't read the reviews before moving in and signing a 6month lease. If I can help anyone from not renting here and making the same mistake I will. August 31, 2015These apartments are small but very comfortable. The leasing office is also small as well. You kinda have to bug them alot for some issues and others they will do right away. They have many nice pools and nice laundry rooms. The club house needs an update the pool table is warped and they have a small fitness room. They have gated parking that you need a remote to otherwise you have to park on the streetReview from Apartments.com

July 25, 2015The comuntity that I am right now its getting bad just this year few breakdown that hapened lift some cars windows damage not enegh parking space afer 5 or 6 pm goodluck finding parking space. Too much to say.Review from Apartments.com
A Gem in Riverside
July 20, 2015I've lived in this community for about 2 years and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The management is always coming up with fun activities for the community to participate in, the grounds are very well maintained and they implement upgrades to the property frequently. Just this year they installed better sound-proof and insulated windows, planted trees throughout the property and re-plastered/painted the pool area.
