Wonderful apartments in The News
June 27, 2025We have lived in The News since it opened and we love it. The location is incredible, in walking distance of restaurants, shops, the Troy Farmers’ Market, the Arts Center, the Hudson River, and RPI. The building is a beautiful combination of the restored historic section and modern new construction. The building is very well maintained. Our apartment is also beautiful with large windows and an incredible amount of natural light. We have had no issues with the apartment. The building staff is ...very friendly and always helpful. Occasional maintenance needs have been minor and quickly dealt with. We also love having indoor parking. If you live in the Capital Region and want to live in a walkable neighborhood, then downtown Troy is one of very few choices, and we are extremely happy with The News in downtown Troy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
