The Noble is an incredible place to live. Walking distance to so many nice restaurants and parks like Green Lake and Gasworks. Well kept and managed building. Friendly community personnel. Beautiful views of Downtown Seattle from the roof and surrounding streets by foot. It's definitely home and I recommend it for anyone looking to live in a little quieter part of Seattle.

The Noble is an amazing choice if you're looking for a community in the Wallingford neighborhood. The location is on a relatively quiet street within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, Fremont and Green Lake. Glad I made the right choice to choose this apartment building. Location is superb. Close to beautiful parks on both ends! Walking distance to bus stops. My experience with the management team, Sebastian, Brian and the newest hire in the front desk area has been excellent. Very professional and also caring. I would recommend The Noble anytime to anyone. Not taking advantage or exploiting move out costs or the deposit, which across the board has happened at every other place I've lived, was perhaps the greatest experience of all.
