December 8, 2015This place is horrible and roach infested and not to mention if you stay on the lower level you will have to fight the mice for your food ..I'm so glad I left I even broke my lease to get out of this disgusting place and on top of that the place it literly following apartReview from Apartments.com
The Brazos
September 11, 2015I am highly dissatisfied with these apartments. There's a pesk problem and foundation problem. Neighbors are nice but there's lots of bad kids running around and all hardwood flooring rude office clerks and maintenance is not punctual. The flooring is set up really weird but it's cheap living. All bills paid. My lease is up in October and I will not be renewing.Review from Apartments.com
