Let down
November 3, 2021Im going to make this as short as possible. Got approved for a 2bd 2 bth with a move in date of Nov 7th 2021. Was told I would have to pay an admin fee and deposit of 4 hundred and something. Cool, was willing to bring the money that day because I wanted to secure my place. Was told on the phone that before I bring that, they would need to do a walk through to check and see what they unit needed and that I would get a call whenever that's done to bring the money. Days, and then weeks passed ...without hearing anything back. I thought about calling serval times but wanted to be patient. That and the fact that I was receiving emails from the apartment about my unit, setting up my renters insurance and an access code. Paid for my renters insurance and held on to my deposit this entire time only to be told that the unit had been rented out to someone else because I didn't pay my deposit! The leasing agent sounded like she was over hearing what I had to say and quickly offered to give me my application fee back. Seriously!!! I took off from work was having a couch delivered that week. This is truly heart breaking that The Nova would do this to a family. A single mother of Two!!! Now Im left with confusion , anxiety, and no where to move to. Thanks for the management change

Awesome Experience

Kelly is above and beyond professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. From time I cam for a tour until now of me living here. Excellent customer service from management to maintenance. I've been here for a year now and I have had a great experience. I love the apartment space, the grounds keeping on point a very beautiful community and it quiet here. Horrible Apartments
June 6, 2017Me and my wife have had several issues with with the apartments and the people in the office. Our apartment was broken into and there was no help from Kelly the office manager. We had a tree fall on my wife's car and they took a week to get the tree off and offered no help what so ever. Our air conditioner in our apartment was leaking and we made several complaints. It took two weeks for them to get out and work on our apartment to which they broke our sink and it took another week to get that ...fixed. The office manager and staff are very rude and never helpful.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance is always on top of everything within the complex, I always see them working on something.
