I moved in the end of Oct, 2025, and I have ZERO regrets! This is, by far, my favorite apartment/complex/location and manager I have ever had. Clean, quiet, appointment very nicely near everything you need. I love it!!!

The apartments are large, they are located so close to everything but tucked away from the noise. It is nice and spacious here so you do not feel like you are ontop of each other. Staff is nice, everything is fixed timely. Love it here.

My Mom moved to Deerfield Apts. in Jan. of 2019 -- and could not be more satisfied with life here in Florence. It is a great location, close to all shopping and restaurants, yet a quiet place to call home. Great neighbors that respect your privacy.
