I've lived here since 2023 and I'm very impressed with how the property is being kept. The office staff is always extremely nice when I have questions and they answers work orders very promptly. I would recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Gonzales area.

The rent is high but it’s worth it when you have amenities. On the weekends security needs to be better. After hours and weekends people run the place not the management.

It’s a great place to stay long or short term. The neighbors are very friendly. There isn’t any excessive noise that goes on. I live on the second floor and I don’t have no issues with the third floor. If you have ANY issue communicate with management they’re VERY helpful and VERY understanding..
