Great Place to live : Stop looking Around
May 18, 2019I've been living for about 2 years and have nothing to complain about. the rent is very very reasonable for the location. the neighbors are courteous, the office people always ready to help. the day I moved here, I woke up looking for a place to move in the same day. I gave them a call, she invited me to come and visit. it was 10am. everything went through, she managed to clean the appartment the same day with her team. at 5pm I was moving in. I don't know why people like to complain. maybe if ...you treat people right you'll have better result."people skills" Thank you so much Diane for always going above and beyond to serve me and my family. I would definitely recommend this place to nice people looking for a reasonable rent in a great, quiet and secure location. Thank you. LTRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Loved this place!
May 13, 2019I'm not very sure what the other reviews are talking about, because I had a great experience living here. My roommate at the time was frequently late paying rent and I would have to cover their half a lot of the time. The land manager was understanding and kind with me when we were late on rent because I had scramble to cover the both of us. I lived here about a year ago and left because the roommate and I went separate ways but I really miss this place. Manager is awesome, the apartment was very ...clean during move in, has pool and playground, parking is easy, and I never had to worry about my safety!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Lived here for five years
April 20, 2019Lived here for five years, so glad I’m out. Dusty, creaky, noisy. The worst thing about this place is the heat. Even though you have your own thermostat, You do not really have control. In the fall, they turn the steam heat on, and in the spring they turn it off. So if you have a hot spell in the spring before they turn it he heat off, You are sweltering. Vice a versa in the fall . The rent is way too high for this kind of inconvenience. The construction is old wood, So if you have someone ...living above you you can hear every step they take. Management sucks. They are argumentative and inflexible. To try to pass this off as a Prime Blue Ash community is ridiculousRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

82 Degrees outside, no Air Condition!!!
April 18, 2016The lady in the office doesn't turn on your A/C till she feels like it It's 82 outside, hotter inside Can't use the Air Condition This place reeks of cigarette smoke At least I can turn the heat on though, that only blows out at like 95 degrees Miserable.Review from Apartments.com
Make-up on a pig...
October 24, 2015This place is just a run down old complex with some poor recent efforts to make it look nice. Loud, dirty, loud, expensive utilities, loud, rundown, and oh yea,,, loud. From what I have heard the office will take you to court over petty issues as well...Review from Apartments.com
0 Stars should be an option!!!
October 17, 2015Miserable! This was the loudest apartment I have ever lived or been in. I would actually be surprised if the units meet Ohio's building codes. I could hear the people two stories above me walk, and the conversation of the people directly above me. The doors slam hard so you hear people come and go all day. There was no shortage of spiders, centipedes, and lots of crickets. The Cinci Bell cable and internet there is terrible also, the fioptics wiring was done incorrectly so your tv will lag very ...badly and don't even try to DVR anything.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
