December 4, 2025I've been living here for the past 2 years, and I cannot complain. The staff is super helpful and polite. Maintenance requests are usuallg solved within the same day unless it is a matter that needs to be coordinated with off-site vendors. The location is super convenient, a block away from the MARTA metro, lots of local restaurants within walking distance, supermarkets, hardware stores, gas stations, and less than 30 mins from downtown. The apartments are comfortable and have a good layout. ...The noise level is super reasonable, I usually cannot hear noises coming from neighbor apartments, and when I do, it is nothing disruptive and never within the quite hours of the night time. October 13, 2025We love the apartment overall! No noise issues from neighbors, hallways are clean, leasing agents are kind, and community events are done regularly. My only complaint is that the breaker trips very easily in this apartment. October 9, 2025I'm happy with how easy it is to live here. I can do simple shopping at Walmart. H Mart is also nearby, and I visit Costco every week.
