April 6, 2026Love my experience here, the location, and the convenience of having everything that I need within close reach. Also, management is super responsive to concerns and maintenance requests. It is not perfect, but I haven't had any major issues that would make me want to move out. January 31, 2026It’s very convenient. Maintenance is very responsive. It’s a bit overpriced but all apartments are at this point. The community is beautiful if you are able to tour it without the dogs pooping all over the place. I prefer they maintain stricter guidelines for pet owners. January 3, 2026I just renewed my lease because of how much I love it here! I’ve lived in atlanta area 8 years and this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in here! The neighborhood is great and if you keep going to the same bars and restaurants around, you’ll make new friends and meet your neighbors. December 4, 2025I've been living here for the past 2 years, and I cannot complain. The staff is super helpful and polite. Maintenance requests are usuallg solved within the same day unless it is a matter that needs to be coordinated with off-site vendors. The location is super convenient, a block away from the MARTA metro, lots of local restaurants within walking distance, supermarkets, hardware stores, gas stations, and less than 30 mins from downtown. The apartments are comfortable and have a good layout. ...The noise level is super reasonable, I usually cannot hear noises coming from neighbor apartments, and when I do, it is nothing disruptive and never within the quite hours of the night time. Also, there are frequent activities to promote socializing between the neighbors. I look forward to continue living there for the foreseeable future.Property Manager Responded

My only complaint is that the breaker trips very easily in this apartment.
