    We moved in exactly 1 month ago. Usually there are pro's & cons to every-building. I can honestly say it has been all pro's here. The management was more than helpful going above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure the exact floor plan we wanted. The move in was seamless. The building is very clean, including the dog-park (Maintenance cleans it every morning). Elevators are also always clean and in working order as well. Another big plus is all the food and shopping options around you. ...
    It makes it where you could really walk to get anything you need. Yes, the building sits next to the railroad track. For us it has not been a problem.. Our unit is as close as you can get to train-tracks and it's really not that loud. Sure you hear it, but it becomes white noise pretty quickly and I honestly enjoy watching the trains come by..
