October 8, 2025Just moved in and this complex has been great so far! It feels very safe and secure which was my biggest priority when looking for housing. The amenities are very nice. Location is convenient for anything downtown with cute parks/shops close by. The complex is right by train tracks which are loud, but I only hear once or twice a day. May 1, 2025We absolutely love living at The Oliver Apartments! From day one, the staff has been amazing—Jessie, Marquita, and Corey are always warm, welcoming, and go above and beyond to anticipate residents’ needs. They truly make this place feel like home. There’s a real sense of community here with regular events like yoga by the pool, paint and sip nights, and local brew tastings. It’s such a fun way to connect with neighbors—who are all great, by the way! We love the pool and outdoor areas, the ...inviting common spaces, and the well-maintained gym (though it could use a little more equipment—Jessie mentioned it’s on the radar for the next budget meeting, which we appreciate!). Any maintenance issue we've had has been fixed quickly and professionally. The views of the Mississippi River are gorgeous, and the location is ideal—an easy walk to downtown Memphis, great restaurants and nightlife, and just steps from Tom Lee Park. If you're looking for a stylish, well-managed place in the heart of Memphis, The Oliver is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded
