March 26, 2026Both elevators have been out of service for over 2 weeks and there is no evidence of effort to repair. They say it is working in service mode, and they have an operator to run it when you need it and when I called for the operator to bring groceries and package that have been in my car for two weeks, he had already left for the day. I commented on the app that they should post hours or fix the elevator and my comment got deleted because it was deemed derogatory, the next day they posted hours ...for the elevator operator. The hours, 8 to 5 are useless if you have a job I leave for work long before 8 and get back to apt. after 5 as most people do unless you work part-time. We have been told multiple times they expect elevator to be fixed the next day then we find almost 2 weeks after the are down they finally have a productive meeting with the repair company and are working to secure the parts to repair. January 25, 2026The staff provides great communication, the location is idea for downtown living. The building has wonderful amenties. The only complaint is loud train that runs nightly around 11 pm, 6:30 am, and couples tikes throughout the day. Fortunately, the loud noise last less than 10 seconds.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2025Just moved in and this complex has been great so far! It feels very safe and secure which was my biggest priority when looking for housing. The amenities are very nice. Location is convenient for anything downtown with cute parks/shops close by. The complex is right by train tracks which are loud, but I only hear once or twice a day.
