      I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff who really make sure the residents feel welcomed and taken care of. I also like the various events that are held: movie nights, breakfast on the go, smoothies on the go, happy hours, paint & sip nights, etc. This has shown me that there is an effort into creating a very engaging and welcoming environment. Also, the turnaround time for maintenance requests are usually the same or next day. Lastly, it is a plus that the apartments are furnished ...
      which was a selling point for me! The only downside would be the high rent cost especially as a student.

      Definitely wish I knew about The Oliver sooner. Ms. Tynelle, the assistant manager, and her assistant Noah came to my graduate school to speak with students and hand out goodies. After speaking with her, I took a tour of the facilities with my friends that evening and fell in love. I applied and was approved in no time. I appreciate how I was accommodated with the change in move-in date. The staff has been really kind and unlike other apartment complexes, they actually care about their tenants’ ...

      I felt the Oliver a safe place for my son. I’m from DC so I know how dangerous college can be in the city. I felt secure in my son’s residence and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well lit and spacious. Beautiful floor plan and all of the utilities were new and up to date with the current trends. The location was beautiful, overlooking the stadium as well as capturing the essence of the nation’s capital.
