AWFUL PROPERTY

I am sharing my concerns because I don't want people to end up like I currently am. I have only been here for 2 month, I have cockroaches my AC has not been working for a week now. maintenance has been out multiple times and tells me they fix the issue and I get home from work and nothing will be fixed. I have called and left multiple voicemails at the leasing office and the emergency phone line, nobody has even tried calling me back. I live on the 3rd floor and my apartment is 90 degrees and it ...

is not livable. I would NOT recommend staying here not worth the time or your money.

I have loved staying at The Onyx. The new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops and grey color scheme is really nice. The new management has do e a great job of updating the entire community w a new pool, fitness center playground and dog park. I think its a great value for your money and a great school district

They have renovated all of the apartments here with new white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, grey color scheme and flooring. The fitness center is fully renovated with all new Life FItness equipment, the pool is renovated and they put in a new playground and dog park. I've enjoyed my time here. Please DO NOT move to these disgusting apartments. The carpet hallways are filthy and don’t get cleaned. The parking lots are covered in trash, raccoons and opossum tear up the dumpster bin. You can literally see roaches on the sidewalk and in the hallways of every unit. Maintenance doesn’t respond to anything. Some residents stay up all night in the parking lot drinking beer and throw their glass bottles all over the parking lot; causing you to have to park even further from your apartment, so ...

you don’t get a flat tire. Broken down cars taking up parking spots. Maintenance just replaced cabinets in some of the units and left all the old rotted wood outside attracting lots of bugs. It’s so embarrassing living here. It’s not safe living here. Definitely go somewhere else, especially if you have children. Please, I’m begging you DO NOT MOVE HERE you will regret it within two days. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, no matter how many traps you buy, no matter how much bug spray you buy, the roaches will not go away. You can see roaches crawling on the walls in the hallways of the units.

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If you want to be comfortable living, this place is not for you. I’ve been here two months and almost everything in my bathroom has broken. Whoever “renovated” these apartments was not licensed. They don’t communicate they fix stuff when they want to not to mention when someone move out I never knew it took 1 day to get the place together. Corporate have found the right fit with Jamie! Kelly and Carolyn are also on top of things! I’m happy to see new parking lots, trash emptied multiple times a week. The staff have been personable, humble and timely when it comes to any issue I have had! Heard Jamie even got new carpeting in common breeze way areas approved!

I knew I was in trouble when I saw the condition of the building. The carpet was not clean or well kept and the hallway walls are not clean. It's like no one cares about the building in which they live. Inside the apartment has new carpeting, but the rest of the flooring was greasy and sticky. Painters did some of the poorest work I've seen. I've complained about a dripping faucet that keeps running all day and all night. All this was fixable but the real problems began when I put dishes in the ...

dishwasher which promptly flooded the kitchen. My dishes were relatively clean, but I wanted to start fresh and place clean dishes in the cabinets. Now they sit in the sink. I have complained to management, but no one responds. The worst thing is the cockroach infestation. Foolishly, I signed the lease before I saw the apartment. I hope this can be resolved quickly but I am not confident about that.

It's the worst place ever. My bathroom ceiling is full of mold and is falling apart. My AC isn't working it feels colder outside than it does in my apartment. My dishwasher is also not working. Be aware, the maintenance is awful here they don't do their job.

They decided to close all laundry rooms without saying why for 2 months and counting now. We have a right to do our laundry. And every time I try to contact them they never answer me. The people that run this place really don’t care about us at all
